Training Programs

    • Annual Firearms Proficiency (Armed Only): 

      • A mandatory live-fire range qualification. This program sharpens marksmanship, weapon transitions, and clearing malfunctions. We use the standard 50-round qualification course of fire at various distances.

    • Report Writing & Incident Documentation: 

      • A technical writing workshop that teaches guards how to produce courtroom-ready field notes. Better documentation reduces liability and improves communication with law enforcement.

  • These programs transforms a guard from a passive observer to an elite proactive professional capable of managing physical threats.

    • Defensive Tactics & Unarmed Combat: 

      • Focuses on control holds, joint locks, and ground defense. This is essential for unarmed guards who must protect themselves without a weapon.

    • Less-Lethal Certification (OC, Baton, & Taser): 

      • Detailed instruction on the legal deployment and physical use of Oleoresin Capsicum (pepper spray), expandable batons, and Conductive Energy Weapons (CEWs).

    • Tactical Handcuffing & Subject Control: 

      • Moves beyond basic application to "dynamic handcuffing" securing a non-compliant subject safely while maintaining situational awareness.

  • For guards looking to transition into high-paying niche markets like executive protection or critical infrastructure.​

    Personal Protection Officer (PPO) / Bodyguard Course

    • An intensive 15–20 hour program covering client profiling, threat assessment, and advance site surveys.

    • Focuses on "The Diamond" formation, motorcade operations, and emergency evacuation (EVAC) procedures for VIPs.

    Active Shooter Response (ALERRT-Based)

    • Teaches guards how to react during the critical first minutes of an attack.

    • Identifying "active attack" indicators, room clearing basics, and "stop the bleed" trauma first aid.

    Advanced Threat Observation & Behavioral Profiling

    • Based on military and law enforcement surveillance models.

    • Guards learn to identify "behavioral baselines" and spot anomalies that indicate a person may be carrying a concealed weapon or planning a crime before it happens.
